Returns will be accepted when shipped within one week of the delivery confirmation date. Item(s) must be returned in original shipping packaging. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused. To return item(s), contact Old West by email through www.oldwesternantiques.com within three days of the delivery date; include the reason for return. Then ship the item(s) to return address on package within seven days of delivery date. A full refund of the purchase price will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
